Truelogic is hiring a Creative Technologist for a global digital transformation client, focused on building, configuring, and governing GenAI-powered creative workflows and automation pipelines at the intersection of creative strategy and AI.
Stack
Responsibilities
- ▹Translate business requests into testable GenAI workflow builds
- ▹Build and maintain GenAI workflows, agents, and pipelines
- ▹Configure prompts, model settings, and agent behaviors
- ▹Design node-based workflows using visual logic builders
- ▹Document workflow builds, configurations, and testing
- ▹Run structured testing against acceptance criteria
- ▹Configure quality-control and validation mechanisms
- ▹Monitor and optimize workflow efficiency
Requirements
- ▹Experience building GenAI workflows and automation
- ▹Familiarity with node-based/visual logic tools
- ▹Proficiency with Figma and creative tooling
- ▹Ability to translate business needs into specs
- ▹Enterprise, client-facing communication skills
Nice to have
- ▹Experience configuring multiple GenAI models
- ▹Building design system components and templates
Soft skills
Stakeholder management and workshop facilitationBlending creative and technical thinkingWillingness to document and share knowledge
