Responsibilities

• ▹Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery
• ▹Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research
• ▹Create user journeys, flows, and information architecture
• ▹Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• ▹Produce UX documentation: personas, storyboards, specs
• ▹Facilitate workshops with product managers and engineers
• ▹Communicate design rationale to stakeholders
• ▹Validate solutions through usability testing

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in UX or UX/UI design
• ▹Strong proficiency with Figma
• ▹Experience with U.S.-based or global enterprise clients
• ▹Experience designing responsive web applications
• ▹Hands-on user research and usability testing
