Engineering Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical design and execution for major systems and products
• ▹Design scalable, reliable systems from backend to infrastructure
• ▹Code, prototype, review, and debug production issues
• ▹Drive architecture and trade-off decisions
• ▹Lead critical initiatives and mentor engineers

Requirements

• ▹7+ years of experience shipping production software systems
• ▹Deep expertise in backend, frontend, distributed systems, or APIs
• ▹Strong system design and architecture skills
• ▹Strong, hands-on coding ability
• ▹Track record leading major engineering projects to production

Nice to have

• ▹Experience scaling engineering teams or systems through growth
• ▹Experience working across multiple products, markets, or countries
