Responsibilities

• ▹Take ownership of business-critical, complex projects from conception to deployment
• ▹Develop across the full stack, backend and frontend
• ▹Drive observability and performance optimisation (Sentry, DataDog)
• ▹Collaborate with other teams to spread tooling and process adoption
• ▹Ensure robust testing, CI/CD, and carefully designed releases
• ▹Code review, architecture and implementation discussions

Requirements

• ▹Proven full-stack development experience with TypeScript and React
• ▹Strong quality mindset with deep testing and release strategy experience
• ▹Systems-thinking mindset, owning processes end to end
• ▹Comfortable with AI-assisted tooling (Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• ▹Familiarity with CI/CD and common DevOps processes
• ▹Strong English communication skills
