Responsibilities

• ▹Provide application support within AMS scope
• ▹Configure and maintain SAP HR / Payroll / SuccessFactors
• ▹Analyse business requirements and design solutions
• ▹Provide remote technical and operational guidance
• ▹Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and training
• ▹Support meeting SLA and service quality targets

Requirements

• ▹Degree in IT, Business Administration or HR
• ▹Fluent Polish and English
• ▹Experience in SAP HR / HCM / Payroll processes
• ▹Understanding of payroll regulations
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• ▹SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
• ▹P2P integration processes and configuration
• ▹ABAP programming skills
• ▹AMS / support (L2/L3) environment experience
• ▹SLA/KPI management understanding
