Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration) is hiring a Citrix Systems Technician responsible for operating and maintaining Citrix platforms within an ITIL-based, SAFe agile team. The role includes incident, change and problem management as well as development work.
Responsibilities
- ▹Operate and maintain Citrix platforms
- ▹Handle incoming tickets in the case management system
- ▹Manage incidents, changes and problems following ITIL process
- ▹Participate in development work introducing new features
- ▹Work within a SAFe agile team
Requirements
- ▹Post-secondary IT education or equivalent relevant work experience
- ▹Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, e.g. data center delivery
- ▹Current experience with Application Delivery Controllers (ADC) or Virtual Apps and Desktops
- ▹Good Swedish skills, spoken and written
Nice to have
- ▹Experience with Citrix products such as NetScaler or Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
