Product Manager - AI Neobank App

Responsibilities

• ▹Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing and travel
• ▹Define user problems, product scope, success metrics and roadmap
• ▹Work with engineering, design, data, operations and compliance teams
• ▹Turn complex financial products into simple, usable customer journeys
• ▹Use data, feedback and production issues to improve product decisions
• ▹Launch features, monitor performance and drive iterations
• ▹Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience and compliance

Requirements

• ▹Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, founder or similar role
• ▹Strong product sense and ability to simplify complex workflows
• ▹Able to work closely with engineers and designers to ship real products
• ▹Comfortable with metrics, user feedback and experiments
• ▹Strong writing, prioritization and stakeholder management skills
• ▹High ownership, able to drive work with limited guidance
• ▹Strong English communication

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in fintech, insurance, payments or other high-growth consumer products
