Senior AI Engineer (Product Neuro Forge Team)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Own AI/ML features end-to-end
• ▹Design LLM-powered features (categorization, summarization, reply generation)
• ▹Work with commercial and open-source LLMs
• ▹Build model training and evaluation pipelines
• ▹Develop RAG and semantic search capabilities
• ▹Optimize LLM inference quality, latency, and cost
• ▹Run experiments and POCs in NLP/LLM
• ▹Collaborate with backend, product, and platform teams

Requirements

• ▹5+ years software development, strong production Python (asyncio)
• ▹3+ years hands-on ML/NLP experience in production
• ▹Practical LLM experience (prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning)
• ▹Experience building model quality evaluation processes
• ▹Confidence with PyTorch and Hugging Face ecosystem
• ▹Proficiency in FastAPI for API development
• ▹Strong SQL skills (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
• ▹Upper-intermediate English or higher

Nice to have

• ▹Serving open-source LLMs in production (vLLM, TGI, Triton)
• ▹Experience with vector databases (e.g. pgvector)
• ▹Agentic/orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
• ▹Data pipelines and automation (Airflow, Prefect)
• ▹Cloud services, NoSQL databases, message brokers
