Dandelion Health, a clinical AI data platform, is hiring an Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the transformation layer of its ELT pipeline, turning raw clinical data into clean, analysis-ready datasets using dbt and Snowflake.
Responsibilities
- ▹Query and map clinical data sources (EMR, ECG, DICOM)
- ▹Build and maintain dbt and Snowflake data transformation pipelines
- ▹Harmonize multimodal data from multiple health systems into a unified ontology
- ▹Perform complex data extraction, manipulation, and summarization
- ▹Implement data quality tests, CI/CD, and version control
- ▹Support software engineers optimizing de-identification and ETL processes
- ▹Collaborate with NLP experts
Requirements
- ▹Experienced analytics engineer with clinical/EHR data background
- ▹Proficiency with dbt and Snowflake
- ▹Strong programming and critical thinking skills
- ▹Experience enforcing data quality and testing standards
