Responsibilities

• ▹Monitor and maintain ML and data science products in production
• ▹Build end-to-end ML models, LLMs, and agent systems
• ▹Analyze complex data sets autonomously
• ▹Participate in proof-of-concept development
• ▹Keep an eye on business needs and opportunities
• ▹Communicate with diverse stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹2+ years experience in data science products, or PhD in related field
• ▹High-level Python data science ecosystem skills (Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn)
• ▹Experience with Git and production code
• ▹Solid software engineering fundamentals (testing, code review, design, performance)
• ▹Experience with LLM/agent prompt and retrieval design, vector databases
• ▹Excellent English communication (minimum C1 level)

Nice to have

• ▹Startup experience
• ▹MSc/PhD in CS/EE/STEM or related field
• ▹Experience with fintech or sustainability data products
