Team Lead, Cloud & DevOps - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and manage a Cloud & DevOps engineering team
• ▹Develop team members professionally and personally
• ▹Contribute to customer projects through architecture (about 60% of time)
• ▹Own product ownership and technical vision for clients
• ▹Support tenders, proposals, and presales technically
• ▹Shape ARES's strategic growth

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree or vocational training in IT
• ▹Relevant experience in public sector or KRITIS environments
• ▹Experience selecting and leading staff
• ▹Experience designing modern cloud and platform solutions
• ▹Solid knowledge of the Kubernetes ecosystem
• ▹Presales or technical client advisory experience is a plus
• ▹Very good German and English skills
• ▹Willingness to undergo security clearance (SÜ1/SÜ2)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, STACKIT)
