Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver projects in scope, in time and in quality
• ▹Manage projects day to day
• ▹Define ways of working with customers and adhere to agreed governance models
• ▹Safeguard and enforce the Scrum methodology
• ▹Facilitate Scrum events
• ▹Remove impediments for the engineering team and shield it against external distractions

Requirements

• ▹Interest in software development and experience managing complex projects

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with revision control systems, preferably Git
• ▹Experience with project management software, preferably Jira
• ▹Experience with collaboration software, preferably Slack
• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related field
• ▹Scrum or PM certification
