Senior / Staff Full-Stack Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Build web experience for retail traders on an AI-native trading platform
• ▹Ship core trading workflows: order entry, positions/holdings, blotter, watchlists, alerts
• ▹Build AI-native UI patterns: streaming answers, citations, uncertainty signaling, confirmations, undo
• ▹Work with users and stakeholders to define features and iterate
• ▹Collaborate with backend engineers on low-latency and AI tool integration contracts
• ▹Develop deep understanding of markets/trading domain for UX

Requirements

• ▹At least 8 years of experience, strong proficiency in any programming language; TypeScript/React preferred
• ▹Strong CS fundamentals and practical UI engineering (performance, state management, component architecture)
• ▹Experience building complex, data-dense product surfaces (dashboards, analytics UIs, trading workflows)
• ▹Ability to work with stakeholders end-to-end
• ▹High self-motivation

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building trading, fintech or high-availability low-latency products
• ▹Experience designing AI assistant/copilot UX
• ▹Deep trading/asset-class/margin experience
• ▹Real-time streaming UI and performance optimization experience
• ▹Experience with the backend stack (Rust, Postgres)

Soft skills

What we offer

• ▹Base salary range $200,000-$350,000
