Responsibilities

• ▹Co-direct the research program with the founder
• ▹Design and improve RL post-training methods using biological data
• ▹Architect model training infrastructure, build and debug models
• ▹Partner with the experimental team on measurement and training design

Requirements

• ▹PhD in machine learning, computational biology or related field
• ▹2-5 years of post-PhD industry research experience
• ▹Experience training models from scratch
• ▹Hands-on experience with diffusion models and/or transformer architectures
