Responsibilities

• ▹Set the quality bar for the product
• ▹Improve, question and challenge the delivery process
• ▹Advocate quality and ensure proper monitoring and alerting are in place
• ▹Perform functional and non-functional testing for Hostinger products
• ▹Coach the cross-functional team (engineers, designers, PMs) on how to test
• ▹Create and maintain automation tests for new and existing features
• ▹Identify system malfunctions and register issues
• ▹Run exploratory sessions inside the team and across the organisation
• ▹Collaborate with engineers to make sure bugs are completely fixed
• ▹Design and maintain test architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability and alignment with CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Mentor and coordinate other QE engineers

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience as a software QE engineer in web-based applications
• ▹Experience in web testing and basic programming skills
• ▹Hands-on experience in UI automation (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar tools)
• ▹Experience with databases (MySQL or similar)
• ▹Strong knowledge of software QE methodologies, tools and processes
• ▹Team player mindset, comfortable making important decisions and standing behind them
• ▹Great communication skills in English
• ▹Problem-solving abilities and a passion for improvement

Nice to have

• ▹TypeScript
• ▹Experience with API manual testing and automation (Postman, Rest Assured, Swagger or similar tools)
