Responsibilities

• ▹Co-create and develop the network architecture on Google Cloud Platform
• ▹Build and develop hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity solutions
• ▹Create scalable and resilient network topologies (LAN/WAN)
• ▹Develop Software Defined Networking and network configuration automation
• ▹Design and develop GCP architecture (VPC, NCC, Cloud Router, routing, load balancing, Cloud NAT, Cloud DNS)
• ▹Develop hybrid solutions (Cloud Interconnect, VPC Peering, Cloud VPN)
• ▹Design highly available and resilient network environments
• ▹Automate provisioning with Terraform, IaC, Ansible and CI/CD, and develop a GitOps approach to infrastructure
• ▹Implement security and segmentation policies (Fortinet, Palo Alto NGFW)
• ▹Manage Cisco infrastructure (ISR/ASR, Catalyst, Nexus) and deploy VPNs (IPSec, SSL VPN) and GRE tunnels
• ▹Diagnose complex incidents in Data Center and GCP environments
• ▹Optimize network performance and reliability, and develop documentation and operational standards
• ▹Collaborate with technology and business teams on network solutions

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of cloud networking experience in GCP
• ▹Solid networking fundamentals (CCNA/CCNP level or equivalent)
• ▹Automation experience and understanding of the GitOps approach
• ▹Network security experience (Fortinet, Palo Alto)
• ▹Good knowledge of dynamic routing (OSPF, BGP)
• ▹Experience with VPN solutions (IPSec, SSL VPN)
• ▹Readiness for on-call duty
• ▹English communication at B2 level or above
• ▹Category B driving licence

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in monitoring, observability and alerting for network environments
• ▹Knowledge of Cisco ACI
