System Administrator with IT Security Focus

Responsibilities

• ▹Build, maintain and develop security-relevant hardware and software components and cloud services (e.g. firewall, VPN, IDS/IPS, SIEM, PKI, MS365)
• ▹Manage IT security and vulnerability management
• ▹Ensure smooth and secure network operation
• ▹First point of contact for IT security questions
• ▹Plan and implement IT security solutions
• ▹Raise awareness and train employees in IT security
• ▹Support IT audits and monitor IT security policies
• ▹Create documentation and procedural instructions
• ▹2nd- and 3rd-level support and coordination of external service providers

Requirements

• ▹Completed vocational training as IT specialist for system integration (Fachinformatiker) or a completed degree in an IT field
• ▹Sound knowledge of cyber security, cloud security, network security, endpoint security, identity & access management and industrial security
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• ▹Communication skills, reliability, resilience, service orientation and team spirit
• ▹Fluent German and English, written and spoken
