What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our team and help us build products that are reliable, scalable, and easy to evolve.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys staying close to the code, guiding engineers, and making sound technical decisions in a practical way.

You’ll work with Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js, helping the team deliver quality software, improve existing systems, and balance speed with long-term maintainability and stability.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the team from a technical perspective
• Helping design and build scalable, maintainable solutions
• Working closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Mentoring developers and supporting their growth
• Improving development standards and code quality
• Identifying risks early and helping the team manage them
• Contributing to technical direction and product evolution
• Supporting production stability and continuous improvement

What you’ll need to know/have

• A strong software engineering background, with solid experience in senior-level roles
• Proven experience leading technical decisions and supporting team delivery (hands-on approach to technical leadership)
• Strong backend experience with Java / Spring Boot
• Solid experience with Vue.js
• Good understanding of software architecture in complex environments,APIs, databases (SQL, NoSQL, etc.), and production environments
• A strong focus on clean code, quality, and maintainability
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence
• Professional English level (intermediate/advanced)
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
• Interest in modern technologies, including AI/ML or GenAI, is a plus
