Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of up to 8 people, both professionally and disciplinarily
• ▹Play a key role in building and establishing the team and its fields of work
• ▹Take responsibility for administering infrastructure components
• ▹Ensure smooth IT operations in compliance with regulatory requirements
• ▹Act as the first line of defence for operational IT and information security
• ▹Serve as the central contact for auditors and reviewers during IT audits
• ▹Drive the continuous development of the IT governance framework and infrastructure components
• ▹Be the first point of contact for introducing new software products and take an active part in projects
• ▹Implement and establish IT service processes for the whole department
• ▹Coordinate and steer IT service providers and suppliers, while serving internal departments and the sister company SICORE
• ▹Ensure services are delivered at the agreed quality, on time and within the agreed budget
• ▹Structure and coordinate the handling of fault tickets and requests
• ▹Be available as escalation manager during outages and maintenance
• ▹Practise active stakeholder management

Requirements

• ▹University degree in computer science or a comparable IT qualification
• ▹Leadership experience in the relevant field
• ▹Expertise in Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
• ▹Knowledge of Oracle and Linux
• ▹Expertise in IT security
• ▹Project management experience and knowledge of agile ways of working
• ▹Very good German and good English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience supporting organisational change processes
• ▹Knowledge of IT regulation, ideally in the financial services sector
