Senior Platform Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Build platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP)
• ▹Own CI/CD pipelines end-to-end
• ▹Own the observability stack (metrics, logging, distributed tracing)
• ▹Define and hold SLOs for latency, availability and error rates
• ▹Lead incident response and blameless post-mortems
• ▹Partner with product engineering to remove manual toil

Requirements

• ▹Hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset
• ▹Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (GCP or AWS)
• ▹Deep Docker and Kubernetes expertise at scale
• ▹Proficiency in a modern language (TypeScript, Go, Python or Rust)
• ▹Experience owning mission-critical operational tooling (e.g. Datadog, Splunk)
• ▹Ability to communicate technical ideas to the team
