Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a team of engineers to increase project delivery capacity
• ▹Own technical execution across frontend and full stack workstreams
• ▹Provide hands-on technical leadership in JavaScript, TypeScript, frontend frameworks
• ▹Drive project planning, prioritization and delivery with business stakeholders
• ▹Translate business and regulatory requirements into engineering work items
• ▹Triage and resolve release blockers quickly
• ▹Conduct code reviews and establish shared engineering standards
• ▹Communicate risks, blockers and release readiness to stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 7 years professional software development experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript
• ▹Experience leading software engineering teams in a global environment
• ▹Practical experience with AI-assisted engineering tools
• ▹Strong React expertise, ability to drive frontend architecture
• ▹Full stack engineering experience including API integration
