Responsibilities

▹Lead backend features from early discovery through release
▹Build APIs and data models for agent-generated work items, plans and code
▹Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems for workflow quality
▹Build reliable production systems with Ruby on Rails and Python
▹Collaborate with product, design, partners and users
▹Coordinate multi-person projects in an async, remote environment
▹Mentor engineers and shape technical direction

Requirements

▹Experience with Ruby on Rails and Python
▹Familiarity with PostgreSQL, GraphQL and REST APIs
▹Experience integrating LLM APIs and an AI gateway
