Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and define the Data Science strategy for Product
• ▹Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior Product and Engineering leadership
• ▹Drive development and adoption of next-generation data science tooling and frameworks
• ▹Spearhead integration of emerging AI technologies (Agentic AI), from POC to production
• ▹Champion best practices in experimentation, causal inference and uplift modeling
• ▹Own the most complex, high-profile analytical projects
• ▹Mentor and coach other Data Scientists and Analysts
• ▹Scale impact through automation, self-service and democratization
• ▹Develop customer segmentation and predictive models
• ▹Communicate complex analytical and technical concepts to diverse audiences

Requirements

• ▹Extensive experience in data science or similar quantitative role, with a proven track record influencing a product organization
• ▹Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL
• ▹Deep, hands-on experience with statistical modeling, experimentation, multi-arm bandit and machine learning techniques
• ▹Demonstrated ability to define and operationalize product and feature-level metrics
• ▹Proven strategic influence, ability to lead technical discussions
