  • Partner with Product to translate complex enterprise customer needs into clear scopes and measurable outcomes
  • Build customer-facing experiences in Vue or React for admins, developers, and enterprise users
  • Develop scalable Node.js services and APIs powering authentication, permissions, workflow lifecycle management, observability, and integrations
  • Build capabilities for authentication, provisioning, RBAC, credential infrastructure, and secrets management
  • Contribute to safe workflow delivery through environments, source control, versioning, testing, CI/CD validation, and deployment workflows
  • Improve governance, observability, auditability, and runtime controls for admins
  • Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations, nodes, SDK capabilities, and execution patterns
  • Design APIs, embed capabilities, and multi-instance management features; instrument features end-to-end to measure impact

Requirements

  • Product-minded engineering: focus on users, workflows, and outcomes
  • Hands-on experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and either Vue or React
  • Enterprise SaaS mindset: understanding of security, reliability, scalability, auditability, and administrative control expectations
  • Experience building or operating high-traffic SaaS systems and reasoning about performance/reliability trade-offs

  • Integrations and APIs: SDKs, automation platforms, or developer tooling
  • Observability and governance: audit logs, OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, SIEM integrations, admin controls
  • OEM or partner platform experience: embeddable products, multi-instance management, air-gapped deployments
