Responsibilities
- ▹Participate in sales meetings, provide technical and architectural recommendations
- ▹Troubleshoot critical or complex technical issues for customers
- ▹Use code analysis, testing scripts, log analysis and remote access to find root causes
- ▹Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- ▹Assist the support team in resolving escalated technical tickets
- ▹Contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback
- ▹Create technical documentation and deliver training sessions and demos
Requirements
- ▹Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- ▹Must be located in EMEA
