Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop complex AI solutions for clients (chatbots, service bots, LLM-based applications)
• ▹Build RAG-based solutions using Python/LangChain or Java/Spring AI
• ▹Integrate open-source LLMs into client systems in cloud and on-premise environments (Kubernetes)
• ▹Design and develop AI applications and prepare them for operation
• ▹Collaborate with international development teams and colleagues in Germany
• ▹Work remotely with modern collaboration tools, with occasional travel

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience developing AI applications and enterprise software
• ▹Strong Python skills or Java / Spring AI development experience
• ▹Hands-on experience with production LLM and RAG solutions (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, Spring AI)
• ▹Solid knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search
• ▹Experience with relational and vector databases, especially PostgreSQL and pgvector
• ▹Experience with agent-based systems, tool calling, MCP, multi-agent architectures
• ▹Knowledge of security, data protection, compliance, monitoring and production operations
• ▹English proficiency at C1 level

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API or other cloud AI platforms
• ▹Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab and CI/CD
