Microsoft 365 Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan, build, operate, and optimize Microsoft 365 environments (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online)
• ▹Advise business departments on collaboration and communication solutions
• ▹Support hybrid scenarios and migrations between on-prem and cloud
• ▹Contribute to implementing security, compliance, and governance requirements in the M365 space
• ▹Manage the lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services
• ▹Analyze and resolve complex incidents in 2nd- and 3rd-level support
• ▹Automate recurring processes and administrative tasks
• ▹Contribute to client projects from operations through further development

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 environments
• ▹Good knowledge of at least several of: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Intune
• ▹Confident use of PowerShell or similar automation tools
• ▹Experience in an enterprise or managed service environment
• ▹Very good German language skills (C1)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with hybrid IT architectures
• ▹Understanding of identity, security, and collaboration concepts
