Responsibilities
- ▹Support team members' professional development and mentoring
- ▹Hold regular 1-on-1s, set goals, give feedback
- ▹Participate in recruiting events and the hiring process
- ▹Shape the technical direction of the platform, ensure reliability
- ▹Own how the team adopts AI-assisted development
- ▹Remove roadblocks and build guardrails
Requirements
- ▹Experience leading a software engineering team
- ▹Familiarity with the Ruby on Rails / React / GraphQL / PostgreSQL / TypeScript stack
