Solutions Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Turn customer problems into working technical solutions
• ▹Work with customer engineers to understand needs and constraints
• ▹Rapidly investigate unfamiliar technical domains, build prototypes
• ▹Build and lead proofs of concept (PoCs)
• ▹Implement complex algorithms (DSP, RF, communications) on GPUs, FPGAs, edge systems
• ▹Profile, debug, and tune for latency, throughput, memory, and power
• ▹Debug across heterogeneous systems (CPU/GPU/FPGA)
• ▹Capture reusable code, integration patterns, and playbooks

Requirements

• ▹Strong technical background from engineering, research, or other technical roles
• ▹Ability to thrive in open-ended environments with rapid context-switching
• ▹Willingness to learn quickly and go deep when needed
• ▹Hands-on prototyping and system integration experience

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with C++, MATLAB, Python, Rust, Verilog, or VHDL
