Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical discovery sessions in partnership with Sales
• ▹Demonstrate AI/MCP value propositions to clients
• ▹Lead technical workshops, PoCs, and customer integration planning
• ▹Serve as technical consultant during onboarding, guiding integration best practices
• ▹Provide architectural oversight and technical strategy
• ▹Channel customer feedback into product roadmap
• ▹Update and create technical documentation
• ▹Lead rapid prototyping of focused, single-purpose AI agents
• ▹Test and validate new products before rollout as "Customer Zero"

Requirements

• ▹Technical, customer-focused background in pre-sales or solutions architecture
• ▹Experience with API-based and agentic integrations
• ▹Familiarity with AWS and SQL
