Responsibilities

• ▹Design enterprise Java 21+ architectures and contribute directly to coding
• ▹Lead development of scalable, cloud-native applications
• ▹Create prototypes and reference implementations
• ▹Contribute production code for complex features and integrations
• ▹Define and enforce architecture and coding standards
• ▹Lead code and design reviews
• ▹Build microservices and distributed systems
• ▹Drive CI/CD, automation and DevOps practices
• ▹Mentor engineers through hands-on guidance

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of Java development experience with architectural responsibilities
• ▹Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security
• ▹Expertise with JDBC-based data access
• ▹Experience with caching strategies (distributed + local fallback)
• ▹Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• ▹Strong REST API and integration experience
• ▹Strong MySQL/Aurora SQL skills
• ▹Experience with AWS or Azure
• ▹Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• ▹Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Spring Cloud
• ▹Experience with Azure DevOps
• ▹Experience with ERP or supply chain platforms
• ▹Experience modernizing legacy systems
• ▹Exposure to generative AI concepts
