Principal Architect, Manufacturing Security

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and evolve the enterprise OT security architecture blueprint
• ▹Design network segmentation standards and zone frameworks (ISA-95/Purdue)
• ▹Develop IT/OT boundary controls, DMZ patterns, and BMS isolation strategy
• ▹Lead secure remote access architecture, retiring legacy VPN for zero-trust access
• ▹Partner with Information Security leadership on OT cybersecurity policies and frameworks
• ▹Drive the Architecture Review Board (ARB) process for OT security capabilities
• ▹Provide expert OT security advisory to OpCo CIOs, site IT leads, and plant engineers

Requirements

• ▹Deep expertise in OT/ICS network architecture (Purdue Model/ISA-95, industrial DMZ, firewall policy for OT protocols)
• ▹Hands-on experience designing and validating network segmentation in complex, multi-site OT environments
• ▹Experience with PLCs, DCS, SCADA, BMS, HMI, and historian systems
• ▹Experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated manufacturing environments
