Responsibilities

• ▹Improve production reliability and system resilience within an SRE scoped team
• ▹Champion high standards of work and industry best practices
• ▹Communicate with teams and stakeholders at all stages
• ▹Dive into complex technical problems with a can-do attitude
• ▹Participate in on-call rotation, incident response, and blameless post-incident reviews
• ▹Write code, handle alerts, improve solutions, and support others

Requirements

• ▹5+ years administering Linux systems and related infrastructure in production environments
• ▹Collaborative SRE mindset with familiarity around SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, error budgets, and blameless postmortems
• ▹Focus on automation and reducing toil
• ▹Track record of writing runbooks that work for the broader team
• ▹Strong Kubernetes and broader ecosystem fundamentals
• ▹Cloud infrastructure experience, AWS strongly preferred
• ▹Strong tool development background: Bash, plus Python or Go
• ▹Infrastructure-as-code experience, Terraform preferred
• ▹CI/CD and version control experience, GitHub preferred
• ▹Database experience: Postgres, Cassandra, or ClickHouse
• ▹Experience operating a production observability stack (metrics, logs, traces)

Nice to have

• ▹Bare-metal infrastructure experience
