(Senior) Consultant Microsoft Data & Analytics / Microsoft Fabric

Responsibilities

• ▹Gather business requirements with clients and translate them into technical concepts
• ▹Design and implement modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Azure components
• ▹Work on data integration, data models, ETL/ELT pipelines and medallion architectures
• ▹Build lakehouse, warehouse and reporting structures with governance and permissions in mind
• ▹Guide clients from initial idea through MVP to a production solution
• ▹Support AI-driven analysis and collaboration scenarios
• ▹Take project responsibility on a technical and methodological level, leading small teams
• ▹Support workshops, training and knowledge transfer at client sites

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in Data & Analytics (as Consultant, Data Engineer, BI Consultant or Solution Architect)
• ▹Good knowledge of Microsoft Fabric: Lakehouse, Warehouse, Pipelines, Dataflows, Notebooks, Deployment Pipelines
• ▹Experience with Power BI and data modeling, building clean semantic models
• ▹Knowledge of SQL and ETL/ELT processes, ideally Python, Spark, Notebooks or Azure Data Factory
• ▹Project experience from requirements gathering through implementation
• ▹German at C-level and good English skills
