Responsibilities

• ▹Plan and manage development according to business requirements and documentation
• ▹Define solution architecture
• ▹Provide technical guidance and support for the embedded development team
• ▹Research and establish good practices, adopting new technologies
• ▹Maintain high standards of quality software development
• ▹Support professional growth of teammates
• ▹Collaborate with embedded software engineers and hardware engineers
• ▹Collaborate with a product manager in defining products
• ▹Participate in staff management activities (training, recruitment, performance evaluation)

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in C/C++ development
• ▹Experience working with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
• ▹Experience on multidisciplinary products combining software and hardware
• ▹Experience with drivers and BSP development
• ▹Experience working with and without an operating system
• ▹Experience in team management
• ▹Good managerial and cross-cultural communication skills
• ▹University degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent field
• ▹Good written and verbal communication in English
