IT Technical Team Lead (Future CTO)

Responsibilities

• ▹Take complete ownership of software development and technical aspects
• ▹Participate in product development - architecture, design, engineering
• ▹Build an internal development team based on product direction
• ▹Set up processes, tooling, and cloud infrastructure foundations
• ▹Manage technical delivery, ensure team velocity
• ▹Participate in product definition as a technical expert
• ▹Continuous improvement of team, process, and technology
• ▹Report to CEO/COO, lead technical roles

Requirements

• ▹Senior/Lead Fullstack experience (5+ years) with responsibilities beyond coding
• ▹Team lead or startup CTO experience
• ▹Advanced written and spoken English
• ▹PHP Laravel knowledge and experience (must-have)
• ▹Vue.js knowledge (experience with other frontend frameworks acceptable)

Nice to have

• ▹MS SQL Server knowledge
• ▹Azure B2C user authentication experience
• ▹Any cloud experience (IaaS)
• ▹MongoDB or other NoSQL database experience
