IT Administrator with a Focus on AI Development

Responsibilities

• ▹Administer, maintain and further develop the IT landscape (Microsoft 365, ERP system, network and server infrastructure)
• ▹Develop, integrate and maintain AI-based solutions to optimize internal processes and support the paperless office
• ▹Automate recurring processes (e.g. through AI, workflows, scripting)
• ▹Support and advise employees on IT questions, software solutions and MS Office applications
• ▹Ensure data protection, IT security and compliance
• ▹Contribute to digitalisation and innovation projects and independently implement sub-projects

Requirements

• ▹Sound technical know-how in IT infrastructure, networking, Microsoft systems and software administration
• ▹Experience in or strong interest in AI technologies, e.g. machine learning, automation, data processing, AI-assisted tools
• ▹Knowledge of project management and of introducing new technologies
• ▹Completed studies (computer science or similar), IT specialist apprenticeship (Fachinformatiker) or proven work experience; motivated career changers welcome
• ▹Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
• ▹High sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality
