Responsibilities

• ▹Conceive and develop machine learning algorithms and neural networks, e.g. for process optimization and KPI analysis
• ▹Support the analysis, processing and structuring of large datasets (Big Data)
• ▹Apply and further develop AI-based analyses and forecasting models (e.g. for revenue and demand forecasts)
• ▹Conceive, build and improve training strategies for machine learning models
• ▹Use Python with various libraries for statistics and data visualization (NumPy, Matplotlib, Pandas and others)
• ▹Collaborate with different departments and teams

Requirements

• ▹Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g. IT specialist for system integration, data analyst, IT assistant, electronics technician, IT system management clerk) - initial professional experience desirable but not required
• ▹Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning and data-driven, IT-related topics
• ▹Basic programming skills (e.g. Python) and familiarity with databases or data analysis desirable but not required
• ▹Interest in processing, evaluating and structuring data as well as software-related questions
• ▹Good German skills required, English skills a plus

• ▹Additional qualifications such as studies or further certifications (not required, but a plus)
• ▹Initial professional experience
• ▹Basic programming and database skills
