Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical delivery of customer projects: production-grade systems, reference architectures, custom applications, data ingestion and ML/AI model integration
• ▹Guide strategic customers through end-to-end design, build, and deployment of big data and AI projects
• ▹Guide customers on architecture and design to support successful Databricks adoption
• ▹Own architecture and design decisions, ensuring secure, scalable solutions
• ▹Work with the Databricks technical team, project managers, and architects to deliver technical components
• ▹Provide product and implementation feedback to the engineering team
• ▹Embed with customer teams, engaging stakeholders from technical ICs to executives
• ▹Contribute reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics, or software engineering
• ▹Coding experience in Python, Scala, JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks
• ▹Working knowledge of two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), with expertise in at least one
• ▹Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark and knowledge of Spark runtime internals
• ▹Familiarity with CI/CD for production deployments
• ▹Working knowledge of MLOps, ML/AI models, and AI APIs
• ▹Experience designing and deploying performant, end-to-end production data architectures and applications
• ▹Experience with technical project delivery: managing scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes
