Responsibilities

• ▹Own the outcome end to end: deliver a solution that answers the need, within scope, budget, and time
• ▹Design the solution and stay hands-on enough to prototype and make excellent calls, delegating the rest
• ▹Lead a small delivery team (a Solution Architect and specialists), setting clear goals and holding the quality bar
• ▹Stay close to what the client actually needs and catch drift from it early
• ▹Put the work in front of real usage, find what falls short, and drive it toward a product that does the job well

Requirements

• ▹A track record of shipping products or tools personally built and put in front of users (side-projects count)
• ▹Experience building with AI and strong product judgment, turning a direction into a working product
• ▹Team leadership with results: taken complex projects home with a small team, on time, on budget, with a happy client
• ▹Learning agility, comfort with ambiguity
• ▹Native or C2-level Italian, and based in Italy
