Product Owner

Responsibilities

• ▹Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch
• ▹Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to align on product vision and core functionalities, communicating them throughout the development lifecycle
• ▹Work with internal and external stakeholders to define product features based on customer needs, providing regular progress updates and presenting outcomes
• ▹Manage the product backlog: break down high-level features into user stories and tasks, define clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively
• ▹Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities
• ▹Monitor product progress continuously and proactively identify and mitigate risks

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product/Project Manager, or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
• ▹B2B product management experience (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage
• ▹Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• ▹Technical proficiency: able to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts
• ▹Previous experience at a software development company, ideally focused on web applications
• ▹Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• ▹Excellent communication and presentation skills
