Responsibilities

• ▹Configure and deploy sensitivity labels, sensitive information types and auto-labelling policies in Microsoft Purview; support pilot rollouts
• ▹Implement DLP policies across Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and endpoints; tune rules and analyse alerts
• ▹Build retention labels and policies mapped to the customer's legal, regulatory and contractual obligations; assist disposition reviews
• ▹Assist configuring Insider Risk Management, Communication Compliance and audit/eDiscovery use cases
• ▹Configure the interactions between Purview and Defender for Cloud Apps, Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Entra
• ▹Produce design documents, configuration baselines, runbooks and knowledge transfer material
• ▹Work closely with customer stakeholders (IT, Security, Legal, DPO, Compliance) and internal NVISO teams
• ▹Provide second-line support on Purview deployments

Requirements

• ▹Citizenship in a NATO member state
• ▹3-4 years of professional IT security experience, including exposure to Microsoft 365
• ▹At least one year of hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview capabilities (sensitivity labels, DLP, retention)

Nice to have

• ▹Azure or general cloud security experience
