Executive Director, Agentic Lab and Architecture Lead - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Define technical architecture and engineering standards for enterprise agentic AI
• ▹Establish reusable patterns for agent orchestration, memory, RAG and API integration
• ▹Lead the Agentic Lab innovation roadmap: experimentation, validation, incubation
• ▹Evaluate foundation models, agent frameworks and developer tooling
• ▹Build reusable PoCs, accelerators and reference implementations
• ▹Transition validated prototypes into production-ready enterprise capabilities

Requirements

• ▹Deep experience in AI architecture and agentic systems
• ▹Experience with cloud (e.g. Azure), LangChain and LLM technologies
• ▹Leadership experience driving technical teams and initiatives
• ▹Strong collaboration with security, platform and business teams
