Eraneos' Sourcing & IT Advisory team is hiring an Enterprise Architecture consultant to support complex cross-industry business and IT transformations, working with TOGAF and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

▹Define enterprise architecture strategies, governance models, and target architectures
▹Design business and application architecture for scalable digital operating models
▹Develop modern data and integration architectures (API-first, event-driven)
▹Lead modernization of legacy systems and technical debt management
▹Design multi- and hybrid-cloud environments and migration strategies
▹Design AI-driven and agentic architectures
▹Establish architecture principles and standards
▹Facilitate workshops and apply agile methods (e.g. SAFe)

Requirements

▹Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
▹At least 4 years of experience in enterprise and IT architecture
▹Confident use of modern AI tools in architecture design
▹Excellent English and German communication skills
▹Willingness to travel for client engagements
▹Knowledge of TOGAF and architecture governance frameworks
▹Knowledge of enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
▹Knowledge of ArchiMate modeling standards

Nice to have

▹Knowledge of data management concepts (master data, data lake, data mesh)
▹Experience with agentic AI architectures

Soft skills

Excellent communication at business and executive levelConsulting and facilitation skills
