What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of product and technology initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring programmes progress effectively.
  • Coordinate risks, issues, dependencies, releases, and delivery reporting to provide clarity and support successful outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, business teams, and suppliers to align priorities, support roadmaps, and build trusted relationships.
  • Champion a collaborative, continuous improvement culture by removing blockers, reducing friction, and contributing to the wider TPM community.
  • Support budgeting activities, supplier engagement, and clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Who you are

  • Experience in project or programme management, with the ability to organise and prioritise work across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable working with Agile delivery approaches and collaborating across technical and business environments.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences and simplify complex topics.
  • You bring strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a structured approach to problem solving.
  • Experience contributing to team effectiveness through collaboration, servant leadership, and continuous improvement.
