Responsibilities

▹Lead QA strategy and test planning for Kubernetes/cloud-native environments
▹Architect test frameworks and infrastructure for multi-cluster environments
▹Build scalable test automation integrated with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
▹Mentor QA engineers and developers in advanced testing techniques
▹Establish quality gates and release-readiness metrics

Requirements

▹10+ years in software testing/quality engineering
▹4+ years with Kubernetes, cloud-native apps and distributed systems
▹Deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals, Helm, service meshes (Istio/Linkerd)
▹Scripting experience in Python, Pytest, Bash
▹Cloud architecture knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Nice to have

▹Observability stack experience (Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger)
▹Performance testing with K6
▹Advanced Linux knowledge
