Documentation Engineer II - Europe

Responsibilities

• ▹Create developer tutorials, guides, FAQs and API documentation
• ▹Write sample applications, prototypes and code samples
• ▹Become an authority on Storyblok products and features
• ▹Help teammates overcome blockers
• ▹Mentor in an open, empathetic manner

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of web development experience
• ▹Proven technical writing and documentation experience
• ▹Working knowledge of at least one modern JS framework (Vue, React, Next, Nuxt, Astro, Svelte)
• ▹Thorough knowledge of consuming RESTful APIs
• ▹Working knowledge of Git

Nice to have

• ▹Headless CMS experience
• ▹GraphQL API knowledge
• ▹AI tool usage to enhance productivity
