What to do: Manage and support business-critical trading applications throughout their lifecycle Ensure stable operations, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement Partner with traders and business stakeholders to optimize processes and user experience Coordinate changes, releases, upgrades, and vendor activities Drive automation, operational excellence, and platform resilience Contribute to our growing data and AI capabilities by working with modern technologies such as Databricks and cloud-based data platforms Collaborate with business experts, architects, data engineers, and IT teams to deliver innovative solutions
