We are seeking an IT leader to head this tribe, working closely with business stakeholders. In this role, you will be shaping the future of digital payments, enabling seamless transactions for millions. As the Head of Payments Solutions (IT), you will lead with a customer and reliability focus, enabling your teams to deliver value while maintaining the highest standards. What to do: Co-lead the Payments Tribe with key business stakeholders to translate business strategy into innovative technology solutions Provide strategic leadership for the Payments Tribe's IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives for growth, stability, and innovation across Erste Group Drive the automation and optimization of payment processes to enhance efficiency and reliability Collaborate closely with other Tribes utilizing payment functions to ensure an excellent end-to-end customer experience Ensure the highest standards of security, reliability, and performance for all payment systems Stay abreast of emerging payment technologies and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation Lead and develop a high-performing team of payment technology experts Manage relationships with external vendors and partners in the payment ecosystem
