Technical Account Manager - EMEA

PostHog is looking for a Technical Account Manager in EMEA to own commercial relationships with an existing book of high-paying customers (over $20k/year) that have significant expansion potential. You bring commercial and relationship depth while partnering with a CSM who brings the technical depth, together acting as an extension of the customer's team. The focus is on multi-threading relationships, selling to senior leaders, and driving multi-product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Multi-thread relationships across product, engineering, data, platform, and leadership within customer organisations
  • Build relationships with directors, VPs, and executives, and position PostHog against their goals
  • Drive adoption of multiple PostHog products without forcing tools customers do not need
  • Own customer feedback and channel it directly to the product teams
  • Stay hyper-responsive, doing as much customer communication as possible in Slack
  • Partner closely with a CSM to jointly own account strategy and coordinate conversations

Requirements

  • Strong relationship-building skills across all seniority levels, from IC engineers to VPs
  • Commercially minded, focused on growing and retaining revenue with a 12-24 month account strategy
  • Able to confidently demo any PostHog product, including technical ones like Feature Flags and Data Warehouse
  • Strategic relationship handling, including saying no to customers who are not the right fit
  • Strong customer focus and ability to remove blockers to effective PostHog usage

Nice to have

  • Experience selling or managing accounts with senior technical buyers (VP Engineering, CTO, Head of Platform, Head of Data)
  • Experience with developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines
  • Have owned several customers in the $20k-100k+ ARR range, growing them through expansion and cross-sell

What we offer
